Ryan House Day Nursery received an Outstanding rating across all areas in its first routine inspection on 12 August 2021. This legacy report (pre-November 2025 framework) used the 4-area structure (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), which has been mapped to the new 7-area November 2025 framework. All four legacy areas were graded Outstanding, translating to Exceptional grades (95-100) in the new framework. Safeguarding arrangements were confirmed as effective. The nursery demonstrates exceptional practice across curriculum delivery, child outcomes, behaviour management, and leadership, with particular strengths in staff interactions, environmental design, SEND support, and parent partnerships. As an Outstanding setting with no identified areas for improvement, recommendations focus on maintaining excellence and pursuing Exceptional-level enhancements in specific domains.
