Childcare in the UK is one of the most expensive in the world. For most working families, it is the second-largest household cost after rent or mortgage. The workplace nursery benefit has existed in tax law for decades; very few employers offer it, and most providers who do exist charge parents a fee on top.
We thought that was wrong, so we built something different.

Kinsail partners with employers across the UK to offer their teams salary sacrifice on nursery fees under Section 318 ITEPA 2003, saving working parents up to 47% on their childcare costs. The benefit is zero cost to employers, fully funded through the National Insurance savings the arrangement creates.
We are the only established provider in the UK that does not charge employees a fee. Every penny of the tax and NI saving stays with the family.
