Willow on the Farm

The Willow on the Farm Nursery has maintained its Outstanding rating across all areas of the November 2025 framework. This report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), which has been mapped to the new 7-area structure: Safeguarding (Met), Inclusion (Exceptional), Curriculum and Teaching (Exceptional), Achievement (Exceptional), Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines (Exceptional), Welfare/Well-being (Exceptional), and Leadership/Governance (Exceptional). The nursery demonstrates consistently excellent practice with a highly ambitious, detailed curriculum focused on social and language development, exceptional teaching quality, and outstanding leadership that prioritizes continuous improvement. Staff expectations for both learning and behaviour are exceptionally high, and the environment is nurturing, calm, and inclusive. The setting has sustained excellence over multiple inspection cycles and shows no areas requiring improvement.
