Willows Pre-School maintains a Good overall effectiveness rating across all areas, demonstrating consistent quality since the previous inspection in September 2022. The setting has successfully created a calm, nurturing environment with strong staff-child relationships, effective curriculum planning that balances structure with flexibility, and excellent safeguarding arrangements.
