The Treehouse Forestry Nursery was inspected on 20 January 2022 under the legacy EYFS framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), all graded Good. This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong safeguarding arrangements, effective key-person systems, good parent communication, and well-supported children with SEND. The setting maintains consistent quality across most areas. Two specific improvement areas were identified: (1) targeted staff training for specific roles and responsibilities, and (2) enhanced opportunities for children to explore cultural diversity and community differences. The nursery is well-managed with good staff morale and supervision, though some staff lack role-specific professional development.
