This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The setting demonstrates strong foundations in safeguarding, behaviour management, and leadership, with particular strengths in social-emotional development and parent partnerships. However, the inspection identified two key areas for improvement: communication and language development (particularly around dummy use) and resource management in the older baby room. The setting has declined from Outstanding at the previous inspection (August 2018), suggesting some regression that requires targeted intervention.
