The inspection identified one specific area for development: staff questioning techniques during communication and language activities, where staff ask questions too quickly in multiple ways and provide answers rapidly without consistently allowing children time to reflect and recall information. This legacy report (pre-November 2025) used the four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management) and has been mapped to the new seven-area November 2025 structure.
