The setting demonstrates solid practice across most areas, with particular strengths in behaviour management, welfare and wellbeing, and curriculum delivery. However, the inspection identified three key areas requiring attention: delays in making referrals to external agencies for children with SEND, the need to review activity structures in the older children's room to better extend learning, and insufficient support for the new management team. All seven evaluation areas have been assessed using the November 2025 framework. The setting serves 45 children aged 1-4 and operates extended hours (07:30-18:30). Staff demonstrate warm, respectful relationships with children and implement effective inclusive practices, though timeliness of specialist referrals and activity differentiation present opportunities for improvement.
