The setting has declined from Outstanding at the previous inspection (22 August 2016). This analysis maps findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. Safeguarding is Met with robust procedures and effective supervision. The setting demonstrates good practice in building children's self-esteem, providing healthy meals, and supporting physical development. Key areas for improvement identified by the inspector include: group time organisation to maintain focus, purposeful interactions with babies to support early communication, and embedding independence skills at mealtimes for toddlers. The setting employs 19 staff, with 16 holding appropriate qualifications (10 at Level 3, 3 at Level 5, 1 at Level 6). Leadership provides regular professional development, and parents report positive experiences.
