Fennies Epsom was rated Good overall at this inspection (26 February 2025), representing a decline from Outstanding at the previous inspection (4 February 2022). The nursery demonstrates strong leadership, excellent parent partnerships, and good quality education with stimulating activities and rich learning environments. However, the primary area requiring attention is inconsistent implementation of agreed practices by staff, particularly regarding hygiene routines and activity supervision. This inconsistency, despite staff receiving good support and training, is the key barrier to maintaining the Outstanding rating.
