Millennium Minis Riverside was inspected on 9 May 2023 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), with all areas graded Good and Safeguarding rated Effective. This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations across all areas: effective safeguarding procedures, good curriculum implementation with clear learning intentions, positive behaviour and relationships, and supportive leadership focused on staff well-being. The single area for improvement identified by the inspector concerns the length of adult-led group activities, which causes some children to become distracted and disengaged. The setting serves 74 children aged 2-4 with 15 practitioners, including two with qualified teacher status, and effectively deploys additional funding to support children with SEND and disadvantaged backgrounds.
