Trinity Childcare was inspected on 4 January 2024 under the legacy EYFS framework (4 areas: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), all graded as Good. This analysis maps these findings to the November 2025 7-area framework. The setting has demonstrated significant improvement from 'Requires Improvement' at the previous inspection (January 2023), with leaders successfully re-evaluating practice and raising provision quality. Strengths include strong staff-child attachments, particularly with youngest children; a stimulating, engaging learning environment that builds on children's interests; effective progress tracking and support for children with SEND; and effective leadership that prioritises warm relationships and staff development. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: organisation of group activities to ensure all children have clear sightlines, and maximising opportunities for children's independence through everyday routines. The setting serves 45 children aged 1-4 across 53 places, with 17 staff (13 qualified to level 2 or above, including one with QTS).
