The setting demonstrates solid practice across most evaluation areas, with particular strengths in behaviour management, curriculum design, and inclusion support. However, three key areas require targeted improvement: (1) children's independence skills, particularly at mealtimes where staff intervene too quickly; (2) consistent extension of older children's learning in the outdoor classroom through high-quality interactions; and (3) ensuring all children are consistently supported to deepen their understanding across all areas. The new leadership team has had a positive impact, with staff reporting good support and recent behaviour management training showing clear benefits.
