Weavers Fields Community Nursery was inspected on 8 February 2022 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), achieving Outstanding across all areas. This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates exceptional practice across all evaluation areas, with particular strengths in curriculum design, staff expertise, inclusion of children with SEND and EAL, and leadership drive for continuous improvement. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with comprehensive staff training and robust recruitment procedures. The setting maintains an outstanding learning environment with rich, innovative resources and high staff expectations. All children, including those with additional needs, thrive and make excellent progress.
