Mudchute Muddy Boots Nursery - Main Location

Mudchute Farm Day Nursery was inspected on 9 March 2023 under the legacy EYFS framework (4 areas: Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management). All four areas were graded 'Good'. This report has been mapped to the November 2025 7-area framework: Safeguarding (Met), Inclusion (Good/72), Curriculum and Teaching (Good/72), Achievement (Good/72), Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines (Good/72), Welfare/Well-being (Good/72), and Leadership/Governance (Good/72). The nursery demonstrates strong environmental design, good staff training, and positive parent partnerships. Key areas for improvement centre on inconsistent staff approaches in the toddler room and underutilisation of opportunities to challenge more able children and promote independence. The setting maintains a stable trajectory with no safeguarding concerns.
