OSHN Limited received a Good rating across all areas in their first inspection on 12 August 2025. Safeguarding is explicitly noted as effective (Met, 100). Achievement is inferred as Good (75) based on the strong progress narrative. The nursery demonstrates significant strengths in settling-in procedures, curriculum design, outdoor facilities, staff-child relationships, and parent partnerships. Two specific areas for improvement are identified: inconsistent challenge levels during activities and suboptimal staff deployment in outdoor spaces, both impacting engagement and progress. The setting is well-established with 30 staff, strong leadership including qualified teachers, and a clear commitment to professional development.
