This is a compliance action report dated 10 February 2026 following notification of safety and suitability concerns on 21 January 2026. The provider was found not to be meeting statutory requirements relating to premises, environment, and equipment safety. A regulatory telephone call on 9 February 2026 confirmed the provider had taken action to remedy the breaches and had improved their understanding of risk assessment. This is a legacy compliance report (not a full inspection under the November 2025 framework), so findings have been mapped to the new 7-area structure with emphasis on Safeguarding (initially Not Met, subsequently remedied through corrective action) and Children's Welfare and Well-being. The provider remains registered with Ofsted. Given the nature of the compliance action and the provider's responsive remediation, the overall assessment reflects the serious initial breach (Safeguarding Not Met) but acknowledges corrective measures taken.
