Eden House Day Nursery Ltd received a Good rating across all four legacy framework areas (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management) at its first inspection in July 2025. This report has been mapped to the November 2025 seven-area framework: Safeguarding is Met, and the four legacy Good grades map to Expected Standard (70) across Curriculum and Teaching, Achievement, Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines, and Welfare/Well-being. Inclusion and Leadership/Governance are assessed as Expected Standard based on the evidence provided. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations with excellent staff-child relationships, well-sequenced curriculum, and effective communication and language development. The primary area for improvement identified by the inspector concerns the organisation of transitional times and routines, where children sometimes become disengaged during daily transitions. This represents a manageable improvement opportunity that, when addressed, could elevate the setting toward Strong Standard across multiple areas.
