The report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), which has been mapped to the November 2025 7-area structure. The nursery demonstrates strong safeguarding arrangements, good curriculum planning with ambitious progression, and high-quality staff support for children's well-being and communication development. Staff are well-supported with effective professional development systems. Two specific areas for improvement have been identified: extending staff skills to promote children's independent thinking and creativity, and improving staff organisation during routine transitions to reduce waiting times and maintain engagement. The setting is well-established (registered September 2024) with 10 staff members, 9 of whom hold Level 3+ qualifications.
