Kids Planet Kings Park

Kids Planet Kings Park received a Good rating across all areas in its first inspection (December 2024). The nursery demonstrates strong practice in communication and language development, physical activity, behaviour management, and safeguarding. Staff are enthusiastic, well-trained (27 staff with level 2+ qualifications, 4 with QTS), and create a calm, nurturing environment with excellent parent engagement. The single area for improvement identified by the inspector concerns curriculum design: some activities are over-complicated and not consistently age-appropriate, causing occasional child distraction. This report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management); findings have been mapped to the November 2025 7-area structure: Safeguarding (Met), Inclusion (Strong Standard), Curriculum and Teaching (Expected Standard), Achievement (Strong Standard), Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines (Strong Standard), Welfare/Well-being (Strong Standard), and Leadership/Governance (Strong Standard).
