Kids Planet Attleborough

Kids Planet Attleborough is a newly registered (2024) full day care nursery serving 0-4 year olds with 120 places and 175 children on roll. The inspection (9 April 2025) rated overall effectiveness as Good across all four legacy framework areas (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), all graded Good. Safeguarding arrangements are effective. This report uses the pre-November 2025 four-area framework; findings have been mapped to the seven-area November 2025 structure as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching (Good, 75); Behaviour and Attitudes maps to Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines (Good, 75); Personal Development maps to Achievement (Good, 75) and Welfare and Well-being (Good, 75); Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance (Good, 75). Inclusion and Safeguarding are assessed separately. The nursery demonstrates strong outdoor provision, effective SEND support, good partnerships with external agencies, and consistent staff supervision. Key areas for improvement centre on settling new babies in the baby room (emotional well-being impact), strengthening communication and language for younger children during daily routines, and ensuring consistent curriculum implementation in the baby room to support purposeful play engagement.
