N Family Club Forest Hill received an overall 'Good' rating across all four legacy framework areas (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management) during its first inspection in June 2025. This report has been mapped to the November 2025 seven-area framework as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching; Behaviour and Attitudes remains consistent; Personal Development maps to Inclusion and Children's Welfare and Well-being; Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance. Safeguarding arrangements are effective and meet requirements. The setting demonstrates strong foundational practice with warm, welcoming staff, a varied curriculum, and good child outcomes. The inspector identified two specific areas for development: inconsistent implementation of systems to support children learning English as an additional language (EAL), and incomplete key-person communication with parents at end of day. The setting is newly registered (2024) with 28 staff members, 19 of whom hold relevant early years qualifications (Level 2-6), and serves 82 children aged 1-4 across a full day care model.
