N Family Club Dollis Hill received an overall 'Good' rating from OFSTED on 11 September 2025, with all four legacy framework areas (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management) graded as 'Good'. This report uses the pre-November 2025 framework and has been mapped to the new 7-area structure as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching (Good); Behaviour and Attitudes remains Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines (Good); Personal Development maps to Inclusion and Children's Welfare and Well-being (Good); Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance (Good). The setting demonstrates strong foundations with effective safeguarding, well-established key-person systems, thoughtful curriculum planning, and strong parent partnerships. Two specific areas for improvement have been identified by the inspector: physical development curriculum lacks consistent challenge for older children's large-muscle movements, and staff need better support to help children express emotions and regulate feelings using emotional vocabulary. These represent targeted opportunities to move from 'Good' to 'Strong Standard' or 'Exceptional' performance.
