The report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), all graded Good. Safeguarding is confirmed as Met. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations with excellent parent partnerships, effective safeguarding culture, and good progress across all age groups. However, two specific areas require attention: adult-led activities and routines are not consistently planned or challenging across all age groups, and staff evaluation practices need strengthening, particularly among newer and newly promoted staff. The overall score of 71 reflects solid Good performance with clear opportunities to reach Strong Standard through targeted improvements in teaching quality and staff professional development.
