The setting is well-resourced, has natural light, and parents report children are 'thriving'. Overall score calculated at 75 (Expected Standard), with realistic potential to reach 82-85 (Strong Standard) within 12 months through targeted curriculum refinement, independence-focused practice changes, and performance management infrastructure.
