N Family Club Godalming received a Good overall effectiveness rating on 18 June 2024, with all four legacy framework areas graded Good (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management). This report uses the pre-November 2025 framework and has been mapped to the new 7-area structure. The setting demonstrates significant strengths in nurturing relationships, curriculum planning, language development, and safeguarding. The primary area for improvement identified by the inspector concerns consistency in behaviour management strategies across staff, which impacts children's ability to recognise and manage their feelings and understand the impact of their behaviour on others. The setting is well-led, has strong staff morale, and demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement.
