Safeguarding is effective (Met). The setting demonstrates strong curriculum planning, effective language development support, positive behaviour management, and robust parent partnerships. The single area for improvement identified by the inspector concerns transitions and group times, where some children become distracted and disengaged during these less-structured moments. This represents a curriculum planning and teaching delivery gap rather than a fundamental weakness.
