Kido Streatham

Kido Streatham received a Good rating across all areas in its first inspection (31 January 2025). The setting demonstrates strong leadership with a clear vision, effective key-person system, and well-planned, sequenced curriculum that supports good progress across all learning areas. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with a positive culture prioritising children's interests. The report was conducted under the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management); findings have been mapped to the November 2025 7-area structure. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: book maintenance systems to enhance early literacy, and staff guidance during transition times to minimise noise and maintain children's concentration. With targeted investment in these two areas, the setting is well-positioned to move toward Strong Standard grades within 12 months.
