Kids Planet Cleveleys is an outstanding early years setting that has achieved excellence across all evaluation areas. This is a first inspection for the newly registered provider (2022), and the inspector found consistently exceptional practice. The report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), which has been mapped to the November 2025 7-area structure: all legacy 'Outstanding' grades translate to 'Exceptional' (95-100) in the new framework. The setting demonstrates exemplary safeguarding, ambitious and expertly sequenced curriculum, outstanding inclusive practice for children with SEND, exceptional staff expertise and well-being, and outstanding parent partnerships. Children show secure attachments, exceptional engagement, excellent progress, and exemplary behaviour. With all areas already at Exceptional standard, investment recommendations focus on sustaining and deepening excellence through strategic enhancements that maintain momentum and support staff development.
