Kids Planet Bubbenhall was inspected on 17 May 2024 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), with all areas graded as 'Good' and an overall effectiveness rating of 'Good'. This represents significant improvement from the previous inspection rating of 'Requires Improvement' (June 2023). For analysis under the November 2025 seven-area framework, the legacy grades have been mapped as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching (Good); Behaviour and Attitudes maps to Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines (Good); Personal Development maps to Achievement and Welfare/Well-being (Good); Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance (Good). Safeguarding is confirmed as 'Met' with effective arrangements noted. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations with warm relationships, effective key-person systems, and a developing curriculum with particular strength in communication and language. Two specific areas for improvement have been identified by the inspector relating to wait time for children's responses and ensuring quieter children are fully heard in group activities.
