This report uses the pre-November 2025 framework (4-area structure: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management). Findings have been mapped to the new 7-area November 2025 framework as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching (Good) and Achievement (Good); Behaviour and Attitudes maps to Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines (Outstanding); Personal Development maps to Inclusion (Good) and Children's Welfare and Well-being (Good); Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance (Good). Safeguarding is confirmed as Met. N Family Midlands Ltd is a well-established nursery (registered January 2022) with 77 children on roll across 90 places, employing 18 staff with mixed qualifications (one Level 6, twelve Level 3, one Level 2, four unqualified). The setting demonstrates particular strengths in behaviour management, SEND support, parent partnerships, and diversity/inclusion practices. The single area for improvement identified by the inspector relates to communication and language support, where some staff do not consistently adapt techniques to ensure all children can fully participate and develop their communication skills.
