N Tunbridge Wells received an Outstanding rating across all areas in its first routine inspection since opening in 2021. This report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), all graded Outstanding. The nursery demonstrates exceptional practice across all domains, with particular strengths in sequenced curriculum delivery, communication and language development, physical skill development, and exemplary leadership. The setting serves 183 children aged 1-4 with 41 staff, including one qualified teacher and 29 staff holding qualifications from level 2 to level 6. The inspection noted this was the first routine inspection following COVID-19, and the nursery has maintained outstanding standards throughout. As an Outstanding provider with no identified areas for improvement, investment recommendations focus on sustaining excellence and moving toward Exceptional grades in targeted areas.
