This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations in safeguarding, curriculum delivery, behaviour management, and leadership. The manager is visionary with a clear understanding of nursery direction, and staff are nurturing and supportive. Children show high levels of enjoyment and concentration. Two specific areas for improvement were identified by the inspector: developing the curriculum to help children learn about their community and how people in the community help them, and building upon children's awareness and appreciation of diversity through their environments. These gaps represent opportunities to move from 'Expected Standard' to 'Strong Standard' in Inclusion and Curriculum and Teaching.
