The Learning Experience, East Finchley was inspected on 2 June 2026 and rated as 'Needs attention' overall. Safeguarding standards are met, demonstrating secure culture and child safety. However, five of the six remaining evaluation areas require improvement: Achievement, Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines, Welfare/Well-being, Curriculum and Teaching, and Inclusion are all graded 'Needs attention'. Leadership and Governance is also 'Needs attention'. The setting has experienced significant leadership and staffing changes, with new leaders demonstrating commitment but implementation remaining inconsistent.
