kGems Day Nursery was inspected on 6 October 2022 under the legacy EYFS framework (4 areas: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), with all areas graded 'Good'. This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 7-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations with effective safeguarding, warm relationships, broad curriculum, and good progress for all children including those with SEND. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: strengthening staff understanding of expressive arts and design (creativity, imagination, self-expression) and improving the planning and delivery of group activities like circle time to cater for differing needs. The setting is well-led with clear vision, effective staff support, and strong parent partnerships.
