RAFA Kidz

RAFA Kidz received a Good rating across all four legacy framework areas (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management) in June 2022. This report has been mapped to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong emotional attachments, confident communication, engaging curriculum planning, and effective safeguarding. The primary area for improvement identified by the inspector relates to consistency of teaching practice across the nursery, particularly supporting newer and less-experienced staff to raise their practice to match the strong examples observed. The setting serves military families with exceptional pastoral care and demonstrates thoughtful use of additional funding. Overall, the nursery operates at a solid Good standard with clear potential to move toward Strong Standard through targeted staff development.
