Flower Pots Day Nursery (Adeyfield)

Flower Pots Day Nursery was inspected on 21 July 2022 under the pre-November 2025 framework (4-area structure: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management). All four areas received 'Good' grades. This analysis maps the legacy framework to the new 7-area November 2025 structure. The nursery demonstrates strong practice in language and literacy development, children's independence, family engagement, and safeguarding. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: supporting younger children to manage risks and understand behavioural impact, and enhancing staff coaching methods to raise teaching quality consistency across all rooms. The setting shows good trajectory with well-established systems, though coaching effectiveness requires development.
