Kido Elephant Park

Kido Elephant Park was inspected on 20 August 2024 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management), with all areas graded Good. This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The setting demonstrates solid foundations with warm, caring staff and effective safeguarding arrangements. However, three key improvement areas have been identified by inspectors: inconsistent differentiation for children with SEND, limited outdoor learning opportunities, and insufficient diversity representation in curriculum resources. The new provider has begun implementing positive changes including technology for parent communication and curriculum support, but teaching consistency and parent communication about learning gaps require targeted development. The setting maintains Good overall effectiveness with opportunity to progress toward Strong Standard through focused investment in staff development, outdoor provision, and inclusive curriculum resources.
