Wise Owls Nursery was inspected on 28 November 2022 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), all graded Good. The setting has improved from 'Requires Improvement' at the previous inspection (January 2022) through effective leadership and curriculum development. This analysis maps the legacy framework to the November 2025 seven-area structure: Safeguarding is Met (effective arrangements confirmed); Inclusion, Curriculum & Teaching, Achievement, Behaviour/Attitudes/Routines, and Welfare/Well-being are all graded Expected Standard (70-75 range); Leadership & Governance is Strong Standard (82). The primary area for improvement identified by inspectors is staff supervision and coaching to enhance the quality of staff interactions and challenge children's thinking skills, particularly in communication and language development.
