Staff meticulously plan learning experiences considering prior knowledge, expertly support thinking skills development, and maintain exemplary behaviour management through emotional literacy and conflict resolution. The setting has embedded respect for others through culturally diverse experiences and maintains exceptional parent partnerships through regular communication and home learning support. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with staff demonstrating comprehensive understanding of signs and symptoms of harm, including exploitation, radicalisation, and FGM. Leadership provides excellent supervision and training to continually improve outcomes.
