The nursery demonstrates strong foundational practice with well-sequenced curriculum, effective staff relationships, and good safeguarding. The primary area for improvement is the organisation of daily routines, where staff are occasionally called away from activities without explanation or handover, disrupting children's learning and concentration. This maps primarily to Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines and Curriculum and Teaching. The setting is stable and improving, with no urgent concerns but clear opportunity to move from 'Good' to 'Strong Standard' through targeted intervention on activity continuity and staff deployment during transitions.
