Lets Explore Day Nursery was inspected on 23 November 2022 under the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour & Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership & Management), all graded as 'Good'. This report has been mapped to the November 2025 7-area framework for analysis. The nursery demonstrates strong foundations with effective safeguarding, good curriculum delivery, and positive relationships with children and families. The setting improved from 'Requires Improvement' at the previous inspection (January 2022), indicating positive trajectory. Two specific areas for development were identified: (1) strengthening supervision and focused training to raise teaching quality to consistently higher levels, and (2) increasing indoor gross motor opportunities for babies. The nursery serves 161 children aged 0-4 with a qualified team (1 level 6, 1 level 5, 12 level 4, 2 level 3 staff).
