This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong safeguarding arrangements, positive relationships, and good progress in children's learning. Staff are well-supported and the setting celebrates diversity effectively. Two specific areas for development were identified: enhancing questioning techniques during group activities to extend children's thinking (particularly for older children), and managing indoor noise levels to support concentration. The setting shows ambition and commitment to improvement, with effective evaluation practices already in place.
