One Nine Seven Park Nursery

One Nine Seven Park Nursery received a Good rating across all areas in July 2021 under the legacy four-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management). This analysis maps those findings to the November 2025 seven-area framework. The nursery demonstrates strong safeguarding practices, effective key-person systems, good curriculum provision, and positive staff-child relationships. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: enhancing the organisation of group activities to extend children's learning, and providing more opportunities for children learning English as an additional language to hear and use their home language. The setting has adapted well to COVID-19 challenges and maintains good partnerships with parents. Strengths include well-established routines, inclusive practice for SEND children, engaging outdoor provision including forest school sessions, and effective use of additional funding.
