Honeycroft received a Good rating across all areas in the December 2024 inspection, maintaining its previous Good rating from 2019. The setting demonstrates strong inclusive practice, effective staff support systems, and high-quality interactions with children. The report was conducted under the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management) and has been mapped to the November 2025 7-area framework. Two specific areas for improvement were identified: mealtime routine organisation and group time management, both relating to children's engagement and learning of behavioural expectations. The setting serves a diverse community including children with SEND and EAL, with staff demonstrating excellent multilingual and communication support. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with an open, child-centred culture.
