Treehouse Nursery Schools Limited received an Outstanding rating across all areas in February 2024, representing significant improvement from the previous Good rating in 2018. This was the first routine inspection post-COVID-19 pandemic. The nursery demonstrates exceptional practice in curriculum delivery, child development support, behaviour management, and leadership. The setting serves 137 children aged 0-4 across 148 places with 31 staff members, most holding Level 2+ qualifications and one qualified teacher. NOTE: This report uses the legacy 4-area framework (Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, Leadership and Management). Findings have been mapped to the November 2025 7-area framework as follows: Quality of Education maps to Curriculum and Teaching and Achievement; Behaviour and Attitudes maps to Behaviour, Attitudes and Establishing Routines; Personal Development maps to Inclusion and Children's Welfare and Well-being; Leadership and Management maps to Leadership and Governance. Safeguarding arrangements are effective with an open, positive culture prioritizing children's interests.
